RRC Design is a full scale interior design company that specializes in taking raw or outdated spaces and turning them into current, modern and timeless designs. We can do a lot or a little, depending on the needs of our clients. We understand that every project is unique and therefore tailor the process to the client's requests, style, timeline and budget.
Randi Culang is currently the Principal of RRC Design. She is a 2001 graduate of Duke University with a BA in Art History and Public Policy. After graduation, Randi worked in finance, first at Thomson Financial and later as Global Head of Consumer Goods & Services Research at Gerson Lehrman Group. Randi left finance and Manhattan in 2010 and moved to Scarsdale, NY where she pivoted careers and quickly emerged as one of the top Real Estate Agents in Westchester County. Randi also currently manages the Randi Culang Team at Compass, which is ranked as "America's Best," one of the top 1.5% real estate teams in the country by Real Trends.
In 2014, Randi took her penchant for staging and decorating spaces and founded RRC Design. Randi’s talent for influencing interior and exterior spaces is fueled by her eye for art, design, creativity and passion for the industry.
The blend of both careers in Interior Design and Real Estate make her an ideal resource for clients, always being ahead and on top of current trends while keeping resale value in mind.
